'You're OK, you're OK': Naperville Cop Rescues Toddler Running in Traffic on Busy Route 59

Naperville Sgt. Anthony Mannino was driving south on Route 59, doing a routine check of noon traffic on a Tuesday afternoon, when something caught his eye.

“At first I thought it was a dog,” he said of what he saw in the distance as he drove toward North Aurora Road.
